At The Burgess Hill Academy, we know that our greatest strength lies in our community. When parents, carers, staff, and local supporters work together, we can create even more opportunities for our young people to thrive, achieve and enjoy their school experience.
Our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) plays an important role in bringing our academy community together. Through fundraising initiatives, community events, and volunteering opportunities, the PTA helps enhance the experiences available to students while fostering a strong sense of belonging among families, staff and the wider community.
Whether supporting enrichment activities, contributing towards academy projects, or helping to organise events that bring people together, every contribution has a positive impact. Just as importantly, the PTA provides an opportunity for parents and carers to connect with one another, share ideas, build friendships and become more involved in academy life.
We are incredibly proud of the enthusiasm, generosity and entrepreneurial spirit of our parent and carer community. New members and volunteers are always welcome, whether you would like to join the committee, support occasional events, offer professional expertise, or explore ways your business could contribute to our fundraising efforts. No matter how much time you can give, your support is valued and appreciated.
Together, we can continue to strengthen our academy community, enrich students’ experiences and ensure that every young person at The Burgess Hill Academy has the opportunity to succeed and flourish.
